You will receive an email asking you to confirm your request. Your reminders will not be activated unless you click on the link in the email.
You can cancel or change your reminders at any time by simply clicking the "Cancel this reminder" link in any of the email reminders you receive.
You will be sent to a confirmation page that has a link to the online form to renew your reminders if you wish to do so.
Depending on the schedule you have chosen, reminders are sent the day before your scheduled lens change at 8:00PM CST.
